The Core at Sycamore Highlands – Commercial Residential Real Estate Photography

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing a new build, commercial-residential project in Riverside California.  The Core at Sycamore Highlands.  The commercial real estate photography shoot & post-production was a multi-day project. The commercial real estate construction is one of the finest examples of contemporary high-end apartment homes I’ve seen to date.  The ownership didn’t hold back on design and technology.  State of the Art gym on property, Poolside cabanas with large screen televisions. Keyless entry to all facilities and apartment units, Nest thermostats, stainless steel appliances, and rich architectural surfaces are used to give an air of elegance to the community. 

“The Core at Sycamore Highlands will consist of 275 units with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units ranging in size from 713 to 1,384 square feet.  In this gated, garden-style community, the project will offer enclosed garages, stainless steel appliances, and luxury interior finishes.  A beautiful resort pool with cabanas anchors the amenity package that will include a clubhouse with spaces for entertaining and relaxing along with a separate fitness building with state-of-the-art cardio equipment.”
