Had the pleasure of photographing one of two Newport Beach luxury real estate photography projects recently. Each home was identical in size: 3,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 6 baths, 3 floors, and of course an elevator. Gorgeously staged and located on the sand in Newport Beach, with sweeping ocean views. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperating, as there was “June Gloom,” an overcast layer that lingered throughout the day.
