BREA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY BREA CALIFORNIA
The 2021 commercial real estate market is off to a great start in Brea California. After what seems like an improbable year for commercial real estate sales are still booming. As a COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER, I’m often commissioned to photograph throughout southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara. One of the most often requested aspects is twilight photography. This tends to be the hero shot for the featured commercial real estate photography. The image below takes a lot of patience and skill to create. For this Brea Commercial Real Estate photographer, I photographed this scene with a Sony a9 and a Canon 24mm TSE lens. The TSE lens is a specialty lens aka Tilt-Shift lens. What is significant about the featured image is that it is comprised of 5 frames combineD to make a panorama. And, instead of featuring it as a standard 4:3 crop, I cropped it as a letterbox or a 16:9 crop for more drama and an easier composition to look at. Had I cropped it as a traditional 4:3 aspect ratio the commercial real estate asset would have looked tiny due to the length of the building. Architectural photography is a passion for me and not a job. That’s what I love about photography. I do it because I love what I do and have developed a method to consistently craft consistent results on every photoshoot I do for my clients.
P.S. As a side note: If this was photographed for an architect or designer I would have removed the power lines, street light, and poles. But because this building is for sale, ethically, no material alterations are allowed.
